2nd Part of September

I think I should just summarized my life here. I been to long gas for the few previous post. I had been so busy since the first weeks. Everyday after classes, hostel activities and also outings exploring Sarawak too. Everyday full with activities and had so limit time for me to rest. Sometimes even don't have time for my revision. May be I'm just being too outgoing here? I think I should cut down some activities so that I can put some effort on my studies. I promised myself to get good CGPA for this semester. I know I can do it! Not to disappointing my family and even myself.

I been so active joining hostel activities because I want to continue staying in the hostel for the next semester. Staying inside hostel is much more convenience than renting houses or rooms outside the campus. My hostel located just 10 minutes walking distance to my faculty. It is so near and convenience. I just need to walk to my faculty or classes without scrambling buses with others. Everyday I don't need to wait up so early for buses. Sometimes I even can walk back to my hostel for a nap if I have free time while waiting for the next lectures. Why should I trouble myself and staying out the hostel. But something bad was my hostel have the most number of students. It is almost 1000+ and usually only 100+ senior manage to continue staying in the hostel. This is according to the activeness of the participants of hostel activities. So, if I want to stay at the hostel then I have to be active to the hostel activities. I joined the Kelab Kebaya of my hostel. I'm under modern dance. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we have training. Although sometimes is a little bit tiring but I deem it as one kind of exercise and the ways for me to release stress.

Besides that I also joined the cheers for Sukan Air which held on 29th of September 2012. FYI Sukan Air is the competition of kayak team among hostel. In the middle of my University, there is a big lake and usually the students do kayak there. Before the competition, we had our cheers practice every night and it last for one week. During the practice, I'm actually still having sore throat and cough badly. I can't even talk well and shout but I still join the cheers. It is just because I want the merit points! I just followed them doing those action without shouting. On the actual day, we were actually divided into two section. I'm in the morning section. We were asked to gather beside the lake and do our cheers while the Sukan Air is ongoing. My hostel team was so enthusiastic. We keep shouting and even the other side of the lake can even heard our voice. We were shouting from 7am till 11am. Me and my friends was too hungry so we quietly went into the students pavillion and had our brunch. After our brunch the cheers team given time to had their lunch and what we do was we quietly went back to our hostel and had a nap. We went back to the lake after our nap but the event still haven't finish. Around 6pm+ Sukan Air only end. Although it was a bit tiring but I do enjoy it with my friends. Never join any cheers before and I found it actually kinda fun.
Go RED!

BRC Gogogogogogo!

Assignments are given to us one by one and the due dates all are almost during the same period. Can die this time! Holly shit I have no idea with those assignment but luckily all was group assignment. Assignment killing me, seriously!

First assignment to pass up was our Marketing proposal. Our topic is doing survey at one of the shopping mall so we went Boulevard Shopping Mall to do our assignment. HAHA! We actually is sambil do assignment, sambil shopping. After finish shopping + assignment, we decided to go to MCD. Hardly for us to find MCD outlet here. According to my Sarawak friends, there only have 3 MCD outlet in Kuching. OMG! Kuching town is so big and they only have 3 outlet?! WTF? I miss our TC MCD!

Our another assignment is TITAS assignment. My group members choose Kuching Waterfront as the topic of our assignment. My Sarawak friend - Victor called Jentin and told her he coming to join us. He bring us to eat some local Sarawak foods nearby Kuching Waterfront. But too bad the famous shop didn't open on that day. So we just randomly choose a shop and had our lunch there. We ate one of Sarawak local food - "Jeng". "Jeng" is a dialect language which means pork viscera. They serve it with another Sarawak local food - Ko Lo Mee. Something bad was the "Jeng" we ate was too salty. Everyone dislike it. After finish our brunch we went to have a walk around the Waterfront and also the shopping mall nearby. Suddenly I saw one gang of peoples and guess what, I met Kuantan Gang there. Saw Cheryl from the far. HAHA! They on their way to MCD. While on our way back to Waterfront, I met Cheryl and Kuantan Gang again. They were busying taking group photo and I just randomly joined them. =D!

The night on the same day we went to Jentin de senior house for barbeque. Is kinda weird the atmosphere because I didn't know anyone of the senior. Randomly have some chat with those jie jie. This is my first barbeque that I don't need to baked the chicken wings, sausage and so on. All the gor gor help us baked and we just eat. After finish eating we went back to uni. We asked the gor gor to drop us at the bridge. Called few friend come out and join us at the bridge. We chit-chat at the bridge. Suddenly my room mates passed by and they just finish playing the lantern. Since they still have lantern left so we asked some from them. Did something crazy while on our way back to hostel. We lay on the middle of the road and took photos. We were so afraid that car coming to our way.
